Using Electronic Funds Transfer to make your donation offers several benefits:

• No forgetting to send
• No worrying if gift will arrive on time

Please print out and complete the EFT Authorization Agreement . This form gives GFA permission to deduct a preauthorized amount from your bank account each month.

When you send the EFT form to GFA, please include a check with your regular monthly missionary gift. We will activate your EFT the following month.

A receipt of your year-to-date giving will be sent to you twice a year. You may cancel or change the amount of your EFT at any time.
